无锡高压清洗设备有限公司，产品商标“奇枪”牌。公司始创于1971年，专业从事超 高压智能集成柱塞泵等研发制造，是中国水射流协会常务理事单位，是GB/T《机动往复泵》、JB/T 13976-2020《无纺布水刺泵装置》和JB/T 6909-2014《超高压泵》等系列国家标准制定单位，为各行各业提供超 高压智能集成柱塞泵的系统解决方案和全生命周期的服务支持。公司占地面积50000平方米，建筑面积30000平方米，总资产2亿多元。

公司以“做世界闻名的智能“动力心脏”为使命，超 高压智能集成柱塞泵的研发实力和装备水平在行业排名前列。

2020年，公司研制开发了WGQ45/280超 高压清洗泵（压力达到280Mpa）；

2023年开发了WGQ52/300超高压清洗泵（压力达到300Mpa）。

2023年研发了WGQB60/150、WGQB80/150、WGQB100/150型三款超高压清洗泵；

2024年研制开发了WGQB65/200型超高压清洗泵、WGQ80/200型超高压清洗泵、WGQ80/320型超高压清洗泵（流量80L/min、压力320Mpa），65/350型超高压清洗泵（流量65L/min、压力350Mpa），此泵的研发成功填补了**外超高压泵流量大、压力高的空白。

同时，高可靠性的 “H”型液力端水刺泵（流量385-620L/min，压力8-15 Mpa）开发研制成功，此设备具有多支点曲轴、双螺旋传动和陶瓷柱塞等特点 ，结构新颖、稳定可靠、效率高、节能且维护方便。

公司自主研制开发的“泵站在线监测预警数据分析平台”和APP上线运行，通过数据整理分析、专家库远程诊断评估，对柱塞泵进行状态检测、异常预警及故障诊断，实现对设备的健康管理和智能化运维。公司相关系列产品获国家发明专利1项、实用新型专利5项。

目前公司拥有各类生产设备如捷克、奥地利和瑞士进口的等162多台（套）（其中：数控设备占80%约100余台），拥有车、钳、刨、铣、磨、焊接和热处理等全系统的加工链和无尘车间，齿轮测量中心型号为3080、规格φ800，意大利进口2台海克斯康三维座标检测中心（GLOBAL12.30.10和GLOBAL20.33.15）。公司在1997年获得了ISO质量管理体系认证（是同行业**通过此认证单位），环境管理和职业健康管理三大体系认证。

The company was founded in 1971 and specializes in the research and manufacturing of ultra-high pressure intelligent integrated plunger pumps. It is an executive director unit of the China Water Jet Association and a series of national standard setting units such as GB/T "Mobile reciprocating pumps", JB/T 13976-2020 "Non woven water jet pump devices", and JB/T 6909-2014 "Ultra high pressure pumps". It provides system solutions and full lifecycle service support for ultra-high pressure intelligent integrated plunger pumps for various industries. The company covers an area of 50000 square meters, with a building area of 30000 square meters and total assets of over 200 million yuan.

In 2020, the company developed the WGQ45/280 ultra-high pressure cleaning pump (with a pressure of up to 280Mpa);

In 2023, the WGQ52/300 ultra-high pressure cleaning pump (with a pressure of 300Mpa) was developed.

In 2023, three types of ultra-high pressure cleaning pumps, WGQB60/150, WGQB80/150, and WGQB100/150, were developed;

In 2024, the WGQB65/200 ultra-high pressure cleaning pump, WGQ80/200 ultra-high pressure cleaning pump, WGQ80/320 ultra-high pressure cleaning pump (flow rate 80L/min, pressure 320Mpa), and 65/350 ultra-high pressure cleaning pump (flow rate 65L/min, pressure 350Mpa) were developed, successfully filling the gap of high flow rate and high pressure in external ultra-high pressure pumps.

At the same time, the highly reliable "H" type hydraulic end water jet pump (flow rate 385-620L/min, pressure 8-15 Mpa) has been successfully developed. This equipment features a multi pivot crankshaft, double helix transmission, and ceramic plunger, with a novel structure, stable reliability, high efficiency, energy saving, and easy maintenance.

The "Pump Station Online Monitoring and Early Warning Data Analysis Platform" and APP independently developed by the company have been launched and put into operation. Through data sorting and analysis, remote diagnosis and evaluation of expert database, the status detection, abnormal warning and fault diagnosis of plunger pumps are carried out, achieving health management and intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment. The company's related series of products have obtained 1 national invention patent and 5 utility model patents.

At present, the company has more than 162 sets of various production equipment imported from Czech Republic, Austria, and Switzerland (including CNC equipment accounting for 80% of about 100 sets), and has a complete processing chain and dust-free workshop for cars, pliers, planers, milling, grinding, welding, and heat treatment. The gear measurement center model is 3080 with a specification of φ 800, and two Hexagon 3D coordinate detection centers (GLOBAL12.30.10 and GLOBAL20.33.15) imported from Italy. The company obtained ISO quality management system certification in 1997 (being the industry's * * certified unit), as well as three major system certifications for environmental management and occupational health management.
